We're looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Venue & Events Booking Agent to oversee the end-to-end booking and administration of live events across our venues. You'll work closely with artist agents, promoters, venues and internal teams to ensure every show is contracted, marketed and delivered seamlessly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coordinate and book live shows across our venues.

• Liaise with venues, artist agents and promoters throughout the booking process.

• Negotiate and confirm event and booking details

• Ensure contracts are accurate and correctly executed

• Maintain venue booking calendars

• Create and organise show folders and event documentation

• Keep internal systems up to date

• Gather artist bios, imagery, video, and artwork assets

• Coordinate the event announcement and on-sale with the in-house marketing team

• Assist in planning and executing venue marketing campaigns

• Collect artist riders and tech specs

• Assist in preparing event worksheets where necessary

• Highly organised

• Experienced or passionate about live music and events

• Confident communicating with artist agents, promoters, and venues

• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working independently

• Passionate about delivering exceptional live event experiences from booking through to show day
